Designed for OEMs, machine builders and system integrators, the IH810 Series delivers reliable incremental feedback for motion control and speed monitoring applications in space-constrained machine designs. The IH810 Series features a compact Ø81 mm housing, hollow shaft bore diameters ranging from 15 mm to 30 mm (5/8 in. to 1 in.), and resolutions up to 5,000 PPR. It is available with Push-Pull (HTL) and RS422 (TTL) outputs, and supports multiple supply voltage options, including 5 VDC, 4.75-30 VDC and 8-30 VDC. The IH810 Series also features galvanic isolation to support reliable signal transmission in industrial environments. The IH810 Series is particularly well-suited for applications with limited axial space behind the shaft; compact machine architecture; tight mechanical clearances; and direct shaft mounting requirements. Some examples of common applications include compact packaging machines; compact conveyor drives; automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs); compact motors and drive systems; and small automation cells.
